These are so awesome. Thanks so much for taking the time to capture our family. Tyson seemed to enjoy this photo shoot more than any other, which says a lot. It was actually cool enough to wear a sweater without him sweating to death. And it helped that one of our dearest friends was behind the camera! Thanks again. I have been meaning to make this for over a week but finally had time to tonight. Josh loved it!! I did not put celery or almonds on top. I actually added just a sprinkling of low fat shredded cheese and it was amazing. Thanks so much. Keep those recipes coming!!!!
my family has a very similar recipe that we absolutely love! "sausage & rice casserole" all the same ingredients except instead of chicken broth we use cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup. can't go wrong with sausage and yummy veggies!!!
